Newmerix Speaker - Patrick Holt BIO - Testing Your PeopleSoft 8.8/8.9 Upgrade: Patrick Holt is a consultant in our Professional Services group. He has more than 6 years of experience developing customized functional and load testing methodologies and implementing testing tools to assist in testing both custom and packaged applications.

INRANGE Speaker - Chris Chastain BIO - Compensating the Workforce: Chris is a Certified Consultant, with over seven years of product experience, spanning all areas of the HRMS, Manager/Employee Self-Service Applications, Enterprise Learning Management, and the EPM product suite. He has served as both a team lead and as the Project Manager on a number of full-lifecycle implementations, as well as serving the needs of clients as a Product Expert. In the role of Product Expert he has assisted clients in package selection, deployment strategy/planning, and conducted optimization reviews, identifying opportunities to leverage existing technologies and increase ROI. Prior to beginning his PeopleSoft consulting career, Chris worked as a Human Resource Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst. He is both a Certified Human Resource (PHR) and Compensation Professional (CCP). Chris is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations.

Oracle Speaker Jim Ellis BIO - Manager - Applied Technology, North Central Area) - PeopleSoft Security - Release 8 and Beyond : Jim Ellis is the manager for the Applied Technology team for the North Central Area. This includes a team of 7 specialists providing technology support for the PeopleSoft Enterprise and Oracle E-Business suite product lines. Jim has been working in applications software for 25 years. Prior to the Oracle acquisition Jim spent 8 years at PeopleSoft in a similar role and 10 years at Dun & Bradstreet Software where he did both pre and post sales consulting work.

Oracle Speaker Rhonda Nottelmann BIO - Sales Consultant - Sarbanes Oxley - Internal Controls Enforcer: Rhonda has 10 years continuous software service with JDE, PSFT, and Oracle. She has strong implementation and training experience at JDE. She has also worked in industry in accounting for about 10 years. Her industry experience includes telecom, manufacturing, and retail. Rhonda also has several hobbies including golf, gardening and fish ponds.

Oracle Speaker Barbara Canham BIO - Product Manager , JD Edwards World - The Future of World; Our Roadmap to Yours: Barbara Canham is a Product Manager on the JD Edwards World Strategy team with emphasis on services and customer solutions. Barb joined JD Edwards/Oracle in 1995 beginning her career in Customer Support as a Technical Analyst, moving on to a Manager of the Technical team and Senior Manager of the JD Edwards World Customer Support team. She has worked with the JD Edwards World product for 10 years.

Barb brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of customer support and technology. From 1981-1994, she was a main contributor in a startup company installing, supporting, training end users on a UNIX based dental management system.

Barb has a BS in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University. She is a Certified Support Manager.

Customer Case Study – Harlan Sprague Dawley, Inc - Diane Kelly BIO – Director of IS/IT : Diane is the Director of IS/IT at Harlan Sprague Dawley, Inc. Harlan is the world’s largest privately owned producer of laboratory animals with twenty-three operations in the United States and nineteen European facilities. Harlan distributes its products and services in over thirty countries. Diane and her staff handle all data and voice for Harlan worldwide out of the Harlan Corporate headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. Harlan has been a JDE World customer since 1993. They have started their migration project to go from A7.3 to E1 8.11. Diane is the President of the World Migration SIG. She is a board member for Oracle’s Migration/Integration User Group. She is also the President of Harlan Leadership Group. She has a Masters in Project Management and degrees in Business Administration and Computer Technology from Purdue University. Michael Parker, Managing Director of Professional Services for Newmerix, is an 8-year veteran of PeopleSoft with experience in hundreds of implementations and upgrades.
